WHY THIS PROGRAM MATTERS

Many young people today experience complex messages about law enforcement. This program provides a unique opportunity to build positive, trust-based interactions between youth and officers in a structured, youth-centered setting. Through music-making, participants develop confidence, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills while forming connections that can positively shape perceptions of community and authority.

Below you’ll find everything you need to know about the program, from weekly activities to safety measures and the culminating community performance. Click each section to explore.
