Play It Forward!® CLEVELAND Instrument Drive
Thank you to everyone who donated thus far during our 2025 Play It Forward!® Cleveland Instrument Drive!
With your support, we collected more than 40 instruments so far, helping more youth in our Inspiration Through Music program explore and grow through music. This free program provides Cleveland residents and CMSD students in grades 3 to 12 with access to lessons in guitar, percussion, keyboard/voice, and violin, along with the instruments they need to succeed, with no experience or cost required.
Join Us for Our 2026 Instrument Drive
We're excited to continue this effort in 2026 and invite you to donate a new or gently used instrument at:
Location: Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Fam Jam (1100 E. 9th Street, Cleveland)
Date: Saturday, June 20, 2026
Time: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Current Instrument Needs:
Acoustic Guitars
Violins
Keyboards (no large pianos)
Drums (specifically djembe and timbau)
Your donation helps provide young people with the instruments they need to participate in Inspiration Through Music and discover the power of music education.
Can't make it to Fam Jam? We accept instrument donations year-round to support this important work.

If you do not have an instrument to donate, don't worry! If you still want to support this program, we will also be accepting monetary donations to go towards repairs, supplies, and the purchase of instruments.
