Music Mastermind

Our Music Mastermind Residency gives students a hands-on look at creating music and building a sustainable career in the music industry. Participants experience the process of developing an original song while exploring the business strategies that help artists establish and grow their careers.

Throughout the workshop, students explore songwriting and music production while developing an artist brand, creating a marketing strategy, and identifying the media and promotional tools needed to reach an audience. This experience connects artistic expression with the entrepreneurial skills that drive success in the music industry.

Students leave with an understanding of the creative and business sides of the industry, along with insight into career opportunities in recording, marketing, artist management, branding, and media production.

This program is best for high school students (grades 9th–12th) interested in becoming artists or pursuing behind-the-scenes careers in the music and entertainment industries.
