The Math, Geometry and Art of the Fibonacci Spiral and Sequence

$0.00

Engaging, fun and challenging, the graphic Fibonacci Spiral and related mathematical Sequence have delighted inquisitive minds for ages. This hands-on workshop teaches the mathematical foundation of the spiral found in nature, art, and even galaxies. Students will create a colorful geometric design while practicing the sequence to at least five digits.

The sequence was introduced to Europe by Italian mathematician Leonardo Fibonacci in the Twelfth Century. The Spiral’s related Golden Ratio has been utilized in art and architecture from ancient Greek temples to the Mona Lisa
