Imposters Theater
Imposters Theater is Cleveland's premiere comedy training center. It is our mission is to foster a creative and inclusive space to support, showcase, educate, and grow Cleveland’s vibrant alternative and independent comedy scene. We strive to amplify Northeast Ohio’s unique comedic voices through a variety of shows, workshops, and classes from experienced performers & instructors with years of professional experience in the entertainment industry. We believe empowering students with a "Yes, And" mindset can set them on a path of both personal discovery and professional success. We look forward to amplifying your students' education experience through artistic exploration and expression!
Intro to Sketch Comedy gives students a chance to create original characters and scenes. We'll use brainstorming techniques, simple story structure and humor to write a 3 - 5 page script. All students will get a chance to read and perform the material at the end of the course. This class is great for high schoolers to hone their writing, collaboration, and speaking skills.
