MVMT Dance Co.
The MVMT Dance Co. is a Midwest-based nonprofit committed to empowering dancers through education, performance, and community. With programs including The Diamond MVMT pre-professional company, Buck Out MVMT mentorship program, Away Dance Camp, and Halftime: The HBCU Experience, MVMT nurtures creativity and confidence in young artists. Each year, the organization trains over 150 dancers across Cleveland and Chicago, providing access to professional instruction, mentorship, and performance opportunities. Alumni have gone on to dance for collegiate and professional teams such as the Cleveland Cavaliers, Southern University’s Dancing Dolls, and Miles College Golden Stars—evidence of MVMT’s lasting impact on lives and the dance industry alike.
